I bridge the gap between audience and staff engagement and strategic positioning of government initiatives. I create targeted social media posts through storytelling and user-driven content.

Each piece of work has been crafted to align with key stages of the audience journey - connecting with staff and the public, educating audiences on cultural histories, addressing misconceptions, and showcasing the value of inclusive storytelling through real-world community voices.

Project: Internal Communications - LinkedIn

Objective: Design an engaging internal social media campaign to highlight diverse employees and boost engagement across the department.

My role: As the content creator and project lead, I was responsible for the end-to-end execution of this campaign. This included:

  • Conceptualising the campaign theme and creating the suite of visually cohesive social media graphics on Canva

  • Reaching out across the government to source and coordinate employee participation

  • Drafting the final post copy and managing the scheduling and publishing via LinkedIn

Project: External Communications - Instagram Reels

Objective: Produce an engaging Instagram Reel featuring an interview with Jayde de Bondt, Co-Chair of the LGBTIQ+ Taskforce to champion the government’s commitment to inclusivity.

My role: As the project lead, I handled end-to-end production of the post. This included:

  • Developing the interview questions and core narrative

  • Coordinating logistics with the video team, including location setup

  • Conducting on-camera interview

  • Drafting the final copy and performed basic video editing

  • Managing the scheduling and publishing via Facebook and Instagram
